1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AVANZEE application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Marx Media AB (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

The Service incorporates generative artificial intelligence features to provide suggestions for goals, mission statements, habits, and other personal planning content (“AI Content”). You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI Content Can Be Wrong: The AI is experimental and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive information. It does not have access to real-time information and may produce plausible but incorrect outputs.
• Not Professional Advice: AI Content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified expert in any field, including but not limited to financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, appropriateness, and usefulness of all AI Content. You must use your own judgment and common sense before acting on any suggestions provided by the AI. Do not follow any suggestion that seems unsafe, unethical, or unwise.
• Disclaimer of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARX MEDIA AB DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI CONTENT. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST US RELATED TO THE AI FEATURES.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. You will not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer the AI models, or use the Service for any purpose other than its intended personal planning function.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service may require payment of fees for certain plans, as detailed on our Pricing Page. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Marx Media AB. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you create and store within your account.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings, if available.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its operation or the information, content, or materials included. In no event shall Marx Media AB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
